Field Sales Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with retail outlets within the Grocery and High Street - Health & Beauty Category on behalf of Procter & Gamble. You'll leverage your knowledge of category trends and big data insights to drive sales growth and maximize product visibility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store personnel to create action plans that enhance category sales and market dominance.
  • Elevate store staff understanding of the category, new product launches, and promotional initiatives to foster brand awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to amplify in-store visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Report progress to your Regional Manager during monthly team meetings.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, requiring strong organizational skills and a proven track record of sales success. You will be responsible for managing your territory effectively and consistently exceeding sales targets.
