**About the Role**

Michael Page Sales is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve set targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Present and sell company products and services to potential clients
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services

**Requirements**

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven success in a sales role within the business services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
