We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Universal Business Team. As an Ambassador for our company, you will build a network of connections through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. You will build strong relationships with customers and be their primary contact for any feedback and/or queries.

You will be highly organized and love speaking to new and existing customers. You will be comfortable getting on the phone and visiting new/existing customers. This role is primarily focused on selling goods into the Food and Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and partners
  • Promote our company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to industry-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer interactions
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and mentor entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and opportunities
  • Deliver sales growth targets
  • Load visit notes on our CRM system
  • Prepare notes for upcoming visits
  • Complete sales quotes and proposals
  • Follow up on actions from previous meetings

Requirements:

  • Must have had formal sales training and experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in new business development
  • Good geographical understanding to plan travel and territory management
  • Sold similar products or services in the past
  • Must be comfortable in a 360° role where you are booking meetings and managing relationships

Benefits:

Competitive salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic

Monthly bonus structure
