Job Summary:

The Development Manager Ltd (TDM) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT-related tickets and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base
  • Lead the migration of client data into new systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
  • Configure and deploy new PCs, laptops, and other hardware, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Set up new users on internal systems, ensuring secure and efficient access
  • Network PCs to printers, scanners, and other hardware, ensuring smooth communication and data transfer
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical faults through remote access and on-site support, providing expert solutions and recommendations
  • Assist with on-site projects and migrations, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Provide remote access support to clients, resolving IT-related issues and queries efficiently
  • Perform administrative tasks, including daily server monitoring and backup checks, ensuring system integrity and data security

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs graded A-C, including English and Maths
  • ICT Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard - Support Technician Pathway
