Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at ECS Resource Group Ltd. As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and configuring devices to meet client requirements
  • Setting up and managing user credentials
  • Tablet setup and re-imaging
  • Providing deskside and desktop support to clients
  • Raising and resolving technical tickets in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Driving license (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows
  • Experience with EPOS devices
