Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Azure, O365, VMWare, and Citrix environments.
- Deliver post-project support to customers, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service.
- Act as an escalation point for Helpdesk Analysts and Apprentices, providing guidance and expertise.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues, from user desktop environments to server applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 2nd Line Support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
