Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Technical Engineer to join our thriving Service Desk team at InfraView - Specialist Cloud & IT Infrastructure Technology Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Azure, O365, VMWare, and Citrix environments.
  • Deliver post-project support to customers, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service.
  • Act as an escalation point for Helpdesk Analysts and Apprentices, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues, from user desktop environments to server applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 2nd Line Support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
