Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Searchability. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Manage service desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Configure and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows
- Implement and maintain ITIL v3-4 Foundation best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT service management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
- Experience with Power Automate, ITIL v3-4 Foundation, and Windows 10
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
