Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Searchability. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Manage service desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Configure and troubleshoot Power Automate workflows
  • Implement and maintain ITIL v3-4 Foundation best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT service management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
  • Experience with Power Automate, ITIL v3-4 Foundation, and Windows 10
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
