Job Summary:

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive category growth and increase sales of Procter & Gamble products across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with store contacts and negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and provide regular progress updates.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
