Job Description

**Job Title:** International Relationships Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced International Relationships Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our client base across divisions, leading on relevant policy and stakeholder activity, and driving commercial revenues through schemes and sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To grow membership across the two divisions by acquiring new members and targeting high member retention.
  • To attract a range of sponsors and patrons to both divisions.
  • To engage with relevant policy activity, business leaders, local authorities, and key stakeholders within the region to represent the company and its members and establish an influential voice within the business community.
  • To form, manage, and maintain valuable international relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as embassies, high commissions, and consulates of relevant markets.
  • To manage two Executive Committees, including scheduling, chairing, and contributing to executive committee meetings.
  • To work closely with the Marketing and Events team to create a schedule of events for the two divisions, ensuring high-quality and relevant content, meeting attendance targets, and driving sponsorship income.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of policy and stakeholder activity.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
