Job Title: Executive Search Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality candidate research to support our clients' hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries to identify top talent and potential candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Executive Search to align research efforts with company objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and candidates to build a strong network.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on research findings to guide business decisions and support our executive search efforts.
Requirements:
  • Strong research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from diverse sources.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in research findings.
  • Effective communication and rapport-building skills to engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
