What will my role entail?
As a manager at our petrol station, you will lead our team, ensuring that high standards are upheld across all store operations. You will also be tasked with maintaining and enforcing merchandising standards, including inventory levels, product presentation, and pricing accuracy. Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a collaborative and effective work environment among our diverse team members.
What are my primary responsibilities?
Oversee inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock assessments and reporting. Maintain the forecourt and address any maintenance concerns. Minimize waste and inefficiency by reviewing and refining processes to maximize productivity. Monitor current fuel volumes, stock on-site, and delivery schedules to achieve target fuel stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety standards through regular temperature checks and record-keeping. Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene protocols by all personnel on-site. Manage cash discrepancies and wastage, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. Supervise the use of gaming machines. Report any faults with gaming machines to suppliers. Maintain records of machine service calls and financial claims. Implement Challenge 25 for ID verification. Complete cash and banking summaries and perform necessary checks. Address theft incidents promptly, adhering to established HR procedures. Prepare, analyze, and report on budgets and expenditures. Monitor labor costs with precise record-keeping.What benefits are offered?
