Store Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front of House, including managing stock levels, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to increase sales and revenue.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure that all team members are well-groomed and smartly dressed at all times.
- Perform any other duties as designated by the Operations Manager or General Store Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
