We are seeking a future team member for the role of Release Train Engineer to become part of the Enterprise Transformation Office team.

In this position, you will have a significant impact in the following areas:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Chief Scrum Master for an Agile Release Train
  • Facilitate and oversee the agile Release Train for a value stream within a Product/Platform, ensuring quality, delivery coordination, and PI planning
  • Prepare for PI planning by promoting the organization of backlog and Pre and Post PI planning meetings, utilizing agile management tools
  • Supervise ceremonies, demonstrations, and backlog releases of Release train pods to ensure successful program increment releases
  • Coordinate with the Product/Platform Manager, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Lead continuous process improvement workshops post-PI to reflect on and identify improvement opportunities; drive the identified enhancements
  • Escalate impediments to the STE and assist in managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Aggregate pod objectives into program PI objectives and milestones for visibility and transparency
To excel in this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

Expertise
  • Certified SaFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SaFe Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM), or Certified Scrum Professional
  • Proven experience in agile management and delivery, including team coordination and the use of agile tools
  • Extensive experience in an agile environment
