Senior Vice President of Sales, TRSS

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned executive to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at TRSS. This pivotal position will report directly to the Head of Sales at TRSS. The successful candidate will spearhead the revenue generation initiatives for the TRSS business while driving accelerated growth. The primary focus of this role is to establish a comprehensive perspective on revenue enhancement opportunities, steering the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at fostering rapid growth and expanding customer bases.

Key Responsibilities

In this capacity as Senior Vice President of Sales, you will:

  • Lead sales teams responsible for cultivating and expanding existing client relationships across various regions globally, emphasizing digital advertising, custom content, and event sponsorships.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy as part of a cohesive approach.
  • Collaborate with general managers to support and fulfill sales requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of an effective contact management strategy, ensuring regular engagement with clients, fostering pipeline growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage prioritization and resource allocation through effective sales force management, driving high activity levels and maintaining pipeline and forecast management.
  • Provide coaching to sales leaders, guiding them to instill core sales processes and adopt innovative technologies.
  • Coordinate with sales and account management teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across regional markets and account types.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline for new business, maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships through ethical sales practices.
  • Define and execute the revenue growth strategy for TRSS in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Guide marketing and custom content teams on strategies to enhance revenue growth and diversification.
  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and implement training and development programs to enhance performance.
  • Focus on improving all key metrics that contribute to a successful revenue mix.
  • Identify new customer opportunities, ensuring best practices in establishing long-term revenue partnerships.
  • Expand new revenue streams in untapped global markets.
  • Achieve financial and strategic objectives for the TRSS segment, including gross sales and growth through cross-selling, new customer acquisitions, and product innovation.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of sales quotas and targets, while maintaining up-to-date CRM systems and reporting on market and competitor activities.
  • Deliver presentations in internal meetings with other company functions to support business development.
  • Achieve financial and strategic sales objectives for TRSS.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end sales customer experience.
  • Build trusted partnerships with product and business leaders to influence the product roadmap in alignment with customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives and programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
