Vice President of Sales – Talent Acquisition Solutions
Location: Flexible / Hybrid Work Model
Compensation: £100-150k Base Salary + £300k On-Target Earnings (+ equity options post-probation)
About Our Organization: Become part of an innovative and swiftly expanding human resources and talent acquisition firm, focusing on Graduate Recruitment, Talent Solutions, and Contractor Workforce Management. Our clientele primarily consists of FTSE 250 companies, delivering essential technology skillsets to prominent UK Enterprises and FTSE 250 firms.
Position Summary: We are in search of a strategic Vice President of Sales (VP) for a pivotal board-level role to lead our sales initiatives and implementation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be the key architect of our client engagement strategies, setting the benchmark for our sales personnel. You will oversee a team of 6 Sales Directors, responsible for the overall sales performance and ensuring that our ambitious growth objectives are not only met but surpassed.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy to stimulate growth across Talent Acquisition Solutions.
- Inspire, lead, and develop a team of 6 Sales Directors, cultivating a culture of high performance.
- Drive client engagement and establish robust, enduring relationships with FTSE 250 clients.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other board members to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Represent the organization at industry gatherings and conferences, enhancing our market visibility and brand image.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven success in a senior sales leadership position within the human resources, staffing, or recruitment sectors.
- Extensive experience in engaging with FTSE 250 companies, possessing a strong network and insight into this market.
- Demonstrated success in leading and nurturing high-performing sales teams (Directors or Managers).
- Strategic mindset with the capability to design and execute ambitious growth plans.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in contributing to value creation and exit strategies (preferably private equity) would be beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from £100-150k.
- On-Target Earnings approximately £250k-300k annually.
