The Executive Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team to drive growth and revenue for Genasys. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader who can coach, mentor, and upskill the team to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth. They will be responsible for managing sales deliverables, achieving targets, and determining sales goals and quotas.
The Executive Vice President of Sales will also be responsible for creating and managing the Sales Department budget, producing sales forecasts and reports, and researching markets and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
They will work closely with the Marketing team to identify and implement opportunities for lead generation and drive lead conversion, the RFP process, and the overall deal closure process.
About YouWe are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially minded Sales Leader with experience in the Insurance sector and ideally in the technology sector. You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the Insurance industry, specifically understanding customer requirements and challenges, and how to support this with technology.
You will have experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies, the setting and management of sales goals, the management of growth, and managing small to medium-sized Sales teams. You will be a master negotiator and enjoy networking and developing your connections in the industry.
You will be highly analytical and good at analysing data and identifying trends. You will be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools and believe in making data-driven decisions.
