Job Title: Credit Sales Vice President

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA is seeking a highly skilled Credit Sales Vice President to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Credit Sales Vice President will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of loan investors in the EMEA region. This includes executing sell-down processes for transactions where SG is Bookrunner and supporting the Bank's balance-sheet sell-down in Primary Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans for target investors.
  2. Execute sell-down process for transactions where SG is Bookrunner and ensure regular syndication reports are accurate and circulated internally and externally.
  3. Provide input on structure, pricing, investor selection, and distribution strategy on Loans to be arranged or underwritten by SG.
  4. Work closely with Loan Traders to develop profitable trading strategies consistent with SG's primary business model in terms of sectors and investor development.
  5. Ensure at all times that SG risk limits, Compliance, and operational procedures are followed and understood with rigor.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of the Syndicated Loan Market and good knowledge of Capital Markets products.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Financial mathematical competency.
  4. 2+ languages (including English).
  5. Strong competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  6. Experience in credit analysis and legal documentation relevant to the loan markets.
  7. Capacity to understand and manage risks (conduct, reputational, financial, etc.) and act responsibly in line with SG Group Values, Code of Conduct, and other applicable rules & regulations.
