Job Title: Senior Vice President and Vice President

Altair Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President and Vice President to lead our global service capabilities and regional growth initiatives.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to advance our global service capabilities and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Global Strategies: Design and execute plans to enhance our global service capabilities and drive regional growth.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Staff: Work closely with sales teams to build a business development portfolio of prospective regional accounts and support related business development efforts.
  3. Support Client Development: Assist in the sales process, proposal preparation, and selection processes for new global or regional clients.
  4. Oversee Offices: Ensure the general welfare of team members, instill the culture of Altair, and maintain the region's alignment with our customer service and business practices worldwide.
  5. Represent Altair: Attend regional and worldwide relocation and HR industry venues, conferences, and events to promote our brand and services.
  6. Client Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to assigned portfolio of Altair global and regional clients to build relationships and improve results.
Requirements:
  1. Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in one or more regional languages is beneficial.
  3. Experience: Specialized experience in global mobility or assignment management.
  4. International Experience: International living experience or international education/training in the region is beneficial.
  5. Management Experience: Experience in developing operating management systems in a service growth or office expansion/creation environment is preferred.
  6. Leadership Experience: Management experience over client relations and/or service teams is preferred.
