Job Title: Credit Sales Vice President

At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Sales Vice President to join our team.

Job Summary

The Credit Sales Vice President will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of loan investors in the EMEA region. This includes executing sell-down processes for transactions where SG is Bookrunner and supporting the Bank's balance-sheet sell-down in Primary Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of loan investors in EMEA, ensuring strong relationships and regular communication.
  2. Sell-Down Processes: Execute sell-down processes for transactions where SG is Bookrunner, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  3. Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on investor appetites, market conditions, and structures to the Loan Syndication platform.
  4. Secondary Trades: Originate and execute secondary trades, leveraging market knowledge and relationships.
  5. Support and Analysis: Support Directors and the Team Head in producing relevant market information, reporting requirements, data analysis, and presentations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the syndicated loan market and capital markets products.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
  3. Financial Competency: Strong financial mathematical competency, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  4. Language Skills: Proficiency in 2+ languages, including English.
  5. Technical Skills: Strong competency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. Experience: Experience in credit analysis and legal documentation relevant to the loan markets.
  7. Risk Management: The ability to understand and manage risks, including conduct, reputational, financial, and other risks.
