Senior Vice President of Sales, TRSS

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned executive to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at TRSS. This newly established position will report directly to the Head of Sales at TRSS. The successful candidate will spearhead the revenue generation efforts for the TRSS business while also driving business growth. The primary focus of this role is to develop a comprehensive strategy for revenue enhancement, fostering the growth of new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

In this capacity as Senior Vice President of Sales, you will:

  • Lead sales teams responsible for cultivating and expanding existing client relationships across various regions, emphasizing digital marketing, bespoke content, and event sponsorships.
  • Formulate and implement a cohesive sales strategy as part of an integrated business approach.
  • Collaborate with general managers of various divisions to meet and support business objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of an effective client engagement strategy, ensuring regular interaction between sales personnel and clients to drive pipeline growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage prioritization and resource allocation through effective sales force management, promoting high activity levels and meticulous pipeline oversight.
  • Facilitate the coaching of sales leaders to instill core sales processes and encourage the adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Coordinate with sales and account management teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across regional markets and account types.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline for new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships through ethical sales practices.
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy for TRSS in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Lead marketing and content teams in crafting sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and diversification.
  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and implement training and development initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Focus on improving all key metrics that contribute to a successful revenue model.
  • Explore new customer opportunities, ensuring best practices in establishing long-term revenue partnerships.
  • Expand revenue streams in previously untapped global markets.
  • Achieve financial and strategic objectives for the TRSS segment, including gross sales and growth through cross-selling, new customer acquisitions, and product innovation.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain updated reports on customer evaluations and market activities.
  • Engage in presentations during internal meetings with other company functions to support business development efforts.
  • Deliver financial and strategic sales objectives for TRSS.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the overall customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Build trusted partnerships with product and business leaders to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.
  • Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives that foster growth and retention.
