An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned executive to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at TRSS. This newly established position will report directly to the Head of Sales at TRSS. The successful candidate will spearhead the revenue generation initiatives for the TRSS business while propelling its growth trajectory. A critical aspect of this role involves developing a comprehensive perspective on revenue enhancement opportunities and executing a strategic plan to foster accelerated growth and expand customer demographics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales teams responsible for cultivating and expanding existing client relationships across various regions, with a focus on digital marketing, bespoke content, and event sponsorships.
  • Formulate and implement the sales strategy as part of a cohesive approach.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to support and fulfill business requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of an effective client engagement strategy, ensuring that sales personnel maintain regular contact with clients, enhance pipeline growth, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Drive prioritization and resource management through effective sales force management, ensuring high activity levels and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Facilitate the coaching of sales leaders to embed essential sales processes and embrace innovative technologies.
  • Coordinate across sales and account management teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across different regions and account types.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships through ethical sales practices.
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy for TRSS in partnership with the Head of Sales.
  • Lead marketing and content teams in crafting sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and diversification.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within the organization, focusing on hiring, training, and development to enhance performance.
  • Concentrate on increasing all key metrics that contribute to a successful revenue mix.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and ensure best practices in establishing long-term revenue partnerships.
  • Expand new revenue streams in previously untapped global markets.
  • Achieve financial and strategic objectives for the TRSS segment, including gross sales and growth through cross-selling, new customer acquisitions, and product innovation.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on customer evaluations and procurement activities, consistently meeting sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Present findings and strategies in internal meetings with other departments to facilitate business development.
  • Deliver financial and strategic sales objectives for TRSS.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience in sales.
  • Build strong partnerships with product and business leaders to influence the product roadmap in alignment with customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
