Job Title: Senior Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Utility Sales team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Utility sector
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in the Utility sector
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
