Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA - Job Overview

In the role of Senior Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Braze, you will take charge of crafting and implementing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth to propel our business forward in the EMEA region. You will oversee a team of experienced sales leaders across various geographies and customer segments, working in tandem with different support teams to ensure the effective execution of the sales strategy. Furthermore, you will serve as a key representative for Braze, showcasing our offerings at industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Lead a senior team of direct sales leaders across diverse geographies and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with various support teams to ensure the effective execution of the sales strategy.
  • Partner with the Alliances team to develop and manage successful partner programs.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Engage in industry events to represent Braze effectively in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS sales.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a leadership role managing an EMEA sales team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations across various regions within EMEA.
  • Strategic insight into investment opportunities within the region.
  • Experience with multiple sales models.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and retaining top-tier sales leaders.
  • Familiarity with the technology landscape throughout the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
