Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Oversee a senior team of direct sales executives across diverse regions and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with various support functions to ensure effective execution of the sales strategy.
  • Partner with the Alliances team to establish successful partner management initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS sales.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading an EMEA sales team.
  • Extensive knowledge of conducting business across various areas within the region.
  • Strategic perspective on investment opportunities within the region.
  • Experience with diverse sales models.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and retaining top-performing sales leaders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape across the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating large organizational structures.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
