Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Vice President of Sales Operations and Commercial Execution to spearhead sales operations and drive commercial success within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, showcasing a proven history of enhancing revenue and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue objectives and stimulate business expansion. Ensure alignment of sales goals with organizational objectives in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Management of Sales Operations: Oversee all facets of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline oversight, process enhancement, and sales enablement. Implement industry best practices to optimize processes.
  • Commercial Strategy Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts to secure advantageous outcomes. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and make informed strategic decisions. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Work in conjunction with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to synchronize strategies and promote cross-functional initiatives. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, establishing clear expectations and nurturing a culture of accountability and high performance. Mentor team members to maximize their contributions to organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the capability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Preferred experience in the technology, data center, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is advantageous.
