Role of the Vice President of Operations:

FreedX is on the lookout for a results-oriented Vice President of Operations to oversee our daily functions and promote operational excellence. The Vice President will be accountable for managing the operational facets of our digital currency exchange, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to regulations. This position demands strong leadership, operational acumen, and experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy: Formulate and execute operational strategies to support the company's growth and objectives.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously refine operational processes and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and industry practices.
  • Risk Oversight: Manage operational risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess operational performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment and coordination across all departments.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior operations role within the cryptocurrency or financial services sector.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operational Management, Finance, or related fields. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are advantageous.
