Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales & Client Success to spearhead our Sales and Client Success initiatives. This pivotal role will be based in a central location and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall sales performance, focusing on both acquiring new business and enhancing revenue from existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy, including the establishment of Objectives and Key Results linked to revenue and profitability.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and Client Success Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to define sales strategies and key performance indicators.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and budget proposals.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in a strategic sales or relationship management role within a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with mobile technology, electronic point of sale systems, or the payments sector is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, along with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and wins.
