Our clientele primarily consists of FTSE 250 companies, providing essential technology skillsets to prominent UK Enterprises and FTSE 250 firms.


Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a strategic Vice President of Sales to join our executive team and lead our sales initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving our client acquisition efforts, setting a benchmark for our sales personnel.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 6 Sales Directors, taking ownership of the overall sales performance, and ensuring that our ambitious growth objectives are not only met but surpassed.

  • Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy to stimulate growth across Staffing Solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6 Sales Directors, cultivating a culture of high performance.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other board members to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, enhancing our market visibility and brand image.

We seek candidates with a proven history of success in senior sales leadership roles within the human capital, staffing, or recruitment sectors.

Extensive experience in engaging with FTSE 250 companies, along with a robust network and comprehension of this market, is essential.

Demonstrated success in leading and nurturing high-performing sales teams (Directors or Managers) is required.

Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management are crucial.

Equity participation is available after the probation period, allowing you to partake in the company's achievements.
