Vice President, Global Development

Realogy Corporation is a leading provider of real estate and relocation services, with a portfolio of renowned brands and a strong presence in the global market. The company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Global Sales team in driving brand growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, with expertise in territory management, negotiation, and problem-solving. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Vice President, International Development will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new international franchise opportunities, working closely with high-level management team members to negotiate terms and conditions, and partnering with brand and servicing teams to facilitate successful franchise development.

The role requires a strong network of contacts, including high-net-worth affiliates, C-level individuals, and government officials. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a virtual environment, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a consultative sales environment. Strong time management skills, advanced organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Approximately 75% travel is required, with a hybrid model that includes strong virtual selling skills.
