Job Title: Vice President of Sales

Genasys is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Leader to drive growth and lead the sales team. As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for managing all sales operations and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and upskill the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Business Strategy: Provide clear direction and communication on the business and sales strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Sales Deliverables: Manage sales deliverables and achievement of targets, including determining and setting sales goals and quotas.
  • Sales Budget: Create and manage the Sales Department budget, producing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Market Research: Research markets and competitors to determine new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic and commercially minded Sales Leader with experience in the Insurance sector and ideally in the technology sector.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and managing sales goals, managing growth, and managing small to medium-sized sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
