Job Title: Vice President of Sales

Genasys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for managing all sales operations, leading the sales team, and driving growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Manage sales deliverables, achieve sales targets, and determine sales goals and quotas.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the Sales Department budget.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Manage the use of CRM software and other sales tools to ensure data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
