Vice President of Sales

Genasys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
About the Role:
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for managing all sales operations, leading the sales team, and driving growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Sales Performance: Manage sales deliverables, achieve sales targets, and determine sales goals and quotas.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the Sales Department budget.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Manage the use of CRM software and other sales tools to ensure data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
