An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a distinguished leader to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at TRSS. This pivotal position will report directly to the Head of Sales for TRSS. The successful candidate will spearhead the revenue generation initiatives for the TRSS business while propelling its growth trajectory. The primary focus of this role is to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of revenue enhancement opportunities, steering the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at fostering accelerated growth and expanding customer bases.

Key Responsibilities

In this role as Senior Vice President of Sales, you will:

  • Oversee Sales teams responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client relationships across all regions, with an emphasis on digital marketing, bespoke content, and event sponsorships.
  • Develop and implement the Sales strategy as part of a cohesive approach.
  • Collaborate with the management teams of various departments to fulfill these strategic requirements.
  • Lead the execution of an effective client engagement strategy, ensuring that sales personnel maintain regular interactions with clients, drive pipeline growth, and exceed sales targets.
  • Prioritize and manage resources effectively, overseeing sales force activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Facilitate the coaching of Sales leaders to instill core sales processes and encourage the adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Coordinate with sales and account management teams to ensure comprehensive coverage across regional markets and account types.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for new business opportunities; maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through ethical sales practices.
  • Design and execute the revenue growth strategy for TRSS in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Guide marketing and content teams on sales strategies to drive revenue growth and diversification.
  • Identify and address skills gaps within the organization, hiring, training, and developing talent to enhance performance.
  • Focus on improving all key metrics that contribute to a successful revenue model.
  • Explore new customer opportunities, ensuring best practices in establishing long-term revenue partnerships.
  • Expand new revenue streams in previously untapped global markets.
  • Achieve financial and strategic objectives for the TRSS segment, including gross sales and growth through cross-selling, new customer acquisitions, and product innovation.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, customer evaluations, and procurement reporting; consistently meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Present findings and strategies in internal meetings with other departments to support business development.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in the overall customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with product and business leaders to influence the product roadmap in alignment with customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
