Position Overview: Eptura, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.

In this pivotal role, you will provide first-line leadership and inspire a high-achieving sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of strategic sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Establish accountability for activity metrics related to sales funnel management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance our market presence.
  • Promote the adoption of Eptura's Sales Playbook and solution selling methodologies, particularly focusing on the MEDDIC sales approach, to ensure effective sales processes across the team.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership, emphasizing key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Scale the global organizational headcount, addressing gaps, and championing internal career progression through hiring, mentoring, onboarding, and coaching a top-tier sales team.
  • Foster a culture of predictability and accountability while inspiring and developing high performers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to monitor lead-to-sale conversions, refine messaging, and create an effective demand generation funnel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Sales, with at least 5 years in a management role leading teams.
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented approach, with a proven ability to build a high-performing and repeatable sales process.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, motivating, mentoring, and retaining exceptional sales teams, including mid-level managers and directors.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in French is preferred.
