Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets, encompassing both direct and channel sales.
- Manage Sales Teams: Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Channel Managers to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a high-performance culture across both direct and channel sales teams.
- Customer and Partner Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and channel resellers, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the PAN EMEA region.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives across both direct and channel sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Forecast sales performance, monitor sales activity, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats within both direct and channel sales landscapes.
- Proven Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cyber security industry, with experience in both direct and channel sales environments.
- Cyber Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions and market trends across both direct and channel sales.
- Team Management: Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, including both direct Account Executives and Channel Managers.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and stakeholders across both direct and channel sales.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with sales and channel management experience within the PAN EMEA region.
