Regional Vice President

CoStar Group is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and growth strategy that drives business results in the UK market.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales and growth strategy in collaboration with executive leadership to drive business results in the UK market.
- Attract, develop, and retain a winning team of sales managers to drive sales growth and revenue in the UK.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and executive management.
- Create and develop relationships with key customers and influencers in the UK to drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain operating standards and metrics across sales teams to effectively manage the UK business and hold regional sales managers accountable to these standards.
- A strong track record of progressive experience in a sales leadership role, including comprehensive experience of successfully managing a national sales team at an Online Marketplace or within the Information Services Industries.
- Demonstrated history of establishing and building a rapidly growing sales region or division.
- In-depth experience managing sales efforts in a highly relational, fast-paced organisation with a short cycle-time sales model.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain proven sales producers and leaders.
- Understanding of how to deploy sales analytics and metrics-based decision support tools.
- Proven ability to work across all areas of an organisation to influence stakeholders and constituents and lead the team to success through effective relationship building.
