About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Benelux region. As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, crafting strategic sales plans, and reporting outcomes to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth in the Benelux region by effectively managing the sales team and implementing data-driven sales strategies.
- Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Present sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success throughout the entire journey.
We are looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in the Benelux region. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent English language skills with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in the SaaS industry, preferably in data, cloud, or data operations.
