Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Smartsheet is seeking an experienced enterprise sales leader to drive growth in the EMEA region. As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to accelerate regional growth. Your focus will be on creating a unified approach to drive sales and marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team, including Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Account Executives.
- Refine and execute the operating model for the non-UK segment of the EMEA business, including account planning, opportunity management, and pipeline development.
- Partner with the Marketing leadership team to create a marketing plan that increases brand awareness and generates high-quality leads.
- Develop and lead the plan to increase relationships with C-level executives in the EMEA region.
- Proactively identify and address issues that inhibit growth in non-UK markets.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives leading enterprise sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales teams in executing land and expand sales strategies.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership, including third-line management and leading strategic software sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
