**General Admin**
- Produce graphs/charts to easily view operations (sales & employee bookings)
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls from customers
- Ensure office topped up with supplies & COVID compliant

**Managing works & Installations**
- Transfer confirmed sales to XL Employee Sales including caller who made first contact & salesman
- Ensure salesman bring in sales contracts asap
- Transfer details of the contracts including size, materials, job description, colours, to XL works database
- Courtesy call new customers
- Keep a log of what materials/stock installer has to monitor stock
- Manage obtaining final payment from customer & note what installers have which payments
- Build portfolio of jobs
- Implement customer satisfaction forms
- Send customer remittance/ Pro Perla Guarantee document/ Electrical Certification for PIV

**Manage Quickbooks & Bookkeeping**
- Create remittance, receipts.
- Reconciliation to keep accounts organised
- Monitor and track profit and Loss

**Recruitment**
- Document applicants
- Monitor indeed and ads
- Take details of new employees

**Employee Information**
- Employee starter details
- Assist with payday/commissions
- Confidentiality forms
- Staff Training documentation & compliance
- Assist with contract/PAYE if applicable
- Log grievances, absences and issues
- Oversee employee welfare and incentives

**Compliance**
- Ensure the business is complying in all aspects & minimise risk

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: £19,586.00-£30,000.00 per year
