Our client, MSX are the leading UK specialist in bonded warehousing and bespoke services for the travel retail industry including brand owners, airports, airlines, cruise ships and ferry operators in the UK, Europe and beyond.

They are now looking for an organised and energetic **Office Administrator **- you will be supporting the function of Business Development department and Key Account Manager, enabling increased revenues and profitable growth for the overall business.

**Office Administrator**, the role (including but not limited to):

- Acting as the initial point of contact of Business Development for other departments and customers
- Taking responsibility for system maintenance, stock keeping unit creation and pricing
- Assisting with the month end analysis and reporting
- Managing departments’ control documents and processes
- Supporting 6-monthly/annual Receipt, Handling and Despatch reviews (including documentation and communication to customers)
- Maintaining up to date records of signed Terms & Conditions and Insurance Certificates
- Making sure all annual price lists are received, analysed and updated accordingly
- Helping with compilation and circulation of tender documents and range proposal
- Maintaining an efficient and accurate filing system for the Business Development department
- Other ad-hoc duties supporting the Business Development Manager as and if required

**Office Administrator**, the person:

- A good standard of general education (minimum five GCSE’s or equivalent, grade A - C)
- Previous office administration or Business Support/Development experience would be ideal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Outstanding ability to multitask with a positive “can do” attitude
- Confident and proactive in the client facing environment
- Can balance and prioritise conflicting demands while maintaining good judgement and a sense of perspective.
