We are a leading UK removals and storage company looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team in Southampton.
- **The Role**_
- Front desk reception greeting clients.
- Working with our other branches and departments to provide removal solutions for clients.
- Providing self-storage solutions for clients
- Operating company IT system.
- Maintaining upkeep of facility alongside facility manager and rest of team.
- Hours of work - Monday to Friday 0800-1400 less half hour for lunch.
- Training and progression available in due course.
- Must have strong administrative skills.
- Sales and customer experience required but not essential.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy alongside basic accounts knowledge.

**Salary**: £16,445.00 per year
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
