Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Type, proofread, and computerize documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Maintain an organized filing system for important company documents
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks

**Requirements**:
**MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A CLEAR DBS CHECK**
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when needed
