Office Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time office administrator to be based in our Park Gate Office.
We are a manufacturing company working in both the marine and industrial industry sectors, exporting our products worldwide. As part of a small sales focused team your role is central to the smooth running of the company - we can guarantee that every day will be different.
As well as covering basic tasks such as answering the phone, filing and processing customer orders you will be producing invoices and all documentation for despatching goods both in the UK and for export. Working closely with other team members there is scope to take on further responsibilities and be involved in overseas exhibitions.
This role would suit a person who is keen to progress onto the next stage in their career:
- Confident Communicator with a friendly but professional approach
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Team player who is able to prioritise workload independently
- An understanding of office management procedures and accounting principles would be desirable but not essential
Hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary Circa £16,770.00 pa
On-site parking available
Location - park Gate, Southampton, SO31 7GA (200m from Swanwick Train Station)
