">We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and skilled Personal Assistant to join our team at Spire Southampton Hospital. As a key member of the Management Office, you will provide exceptional secretarial support to the Hospital Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing email and diary, arranging meetings and events, and submitting expenses.
- Administration and minuting of meetings attended by the senior management team.
- Liaising with the wider hospital team, ensuring excellent communication and scheduling of meetings.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, employer-contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
