**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Divisional Management Team within Division D at University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work independently, use initiative, and be able to both prioritise and be flexible in order to meet workload demands without direct supervision.

They will work closely with the Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Head of Nursing, and Divisional Clinical Director, organising diaries, arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders, supporting divisional meetings and events as required, collating spreadsheets, supporting recruitment processes, minute taking, and assisting with the organisation and management of our offices.

**What You Will Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Divisional Management Team

  • Take minutes and assist with office management

**Benefits and Salary:
