About the Role: As a Teaching Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. You will be responsible for providing cover supervision, supporting teachers with lesson plans, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support: Supervising students and assisting with lesson plans in the absence of the teacher.
  • Administrative Tasks: Grading papers, preparing materials, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with teachers, students, and parents.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Math.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in an education setting or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
