About the Job:

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant or Administrator to join our team. As an Executive Office Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Divisional Management Team, contributing to the success of our division.

You will be responsible for organizing diaries, arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting divisional meetings and events as required. You will also be expected to collate spreadsheets, support recruitment processes, minute taking, and assist with office management.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office packages, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and under their own initiative, with a flexible approach to meet workload demands.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
