Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £13.40 per hour, with a guaranteed average of 42 hours per week. In addition, we offer various benefits and perks to enhance their working experience.

Job Description:
As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, and mentoring less experienced staff. You will work closely with the Care Team to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to our residents. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with a caring and compassionate nature, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in care or a related field is essential, and relevant qualifications such as NVQs or Diplomas would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate others.
