Pediatric Care Coordinator

- Coordinate care services and develop care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be considered for this role, you must possess a degree or diploma in nursing, be registered with the appropriate professional body, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children. A strong understanding of evidence-based practice, infection control, and personal accountability is essential.
