As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our adult female client with a brain injury, ensuring her comfort, safety, and well-being. Your active participation in goal-directed rehabilitation interventions and assistance with executive functions will play a crucial role in her ongoing recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. You will be working closely with the client to support her in functional daily living activities, organisation and planning, and communication needs. The successful candidate will have flexibility to work the specified hours, including Fridays from 10:30 to 18:00 and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00. Our supportive and friendly working environment offers opportunities for professional development and training, as well as a DBS Paid for scheme and Blue Light Card Eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the client in functional daily living activities.
  • Assist with organisation and planning, and communication needs.
  • Participate in goal-directed rehabilitation interventions.
  • Provide thinking supports to help the client link information together to make sound decisions and solve problems.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.


Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
